Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please Note: Generally, new tickets are processed during business hours, Monday - Friday 9AM - 4:30 PM. If you have an urgent issue outside of these hours, please call 707-667-5360 for after-hours support (subject to availability). Unplanned after-hours responses will incur a one-hour minimum charge at our "emergency" rates.
